Transportation is available in certain towns on a scheduled basis by calling the local town's reservation clerk at least 24 hours in advance. The frequency of service varies by municipality. There is also transportation to Dr.'s appointments provided by volunteers. Call the Office for Aging for additional information on either option.

Through our contract with Learning.Employment.Assistance.Partnership. (LEAP) we offer transportation services to non-Medicaid individuals age 60 and older that do not have any other mode of transportation. Transportation services are offered for medical appointments, grocery shopping, pharmacy needs, nutrition sites, etc. If you have a transportation need, please contact L.E.A.P. directly at 518-746-2390.
Contributions are voluntary and confidential. If you cannot make the full amount any contribution goes a long way toward supporting our program. Your contributions are reinvested back into the program. No one is denied service based on an inability to contribute. The suggested contribution is $2.00 each one way trip.
