Provides non-medical, in-home services to elderly persons who are not eligible for Medicaid, and have one or more disabling conditions which prevent them from performing their activities of daily living. All individuals receive case management services, and may also receive homemaker/personal care, housekeeper/chore, non-institutional respite for caregivers, and ancillary services, based on their needs.
