Supportive Housing; Housing First

Supportive housing can assist 42 individuals with serious and persistent mental illness to secure housing in Warren and Washington counties and connect with services and benefits (i.e. SSI, HUD, medical). Housing First provides permanent housing for 18 individuals (SPMI) in an 18 unit building. Similar services provided.
