In-Home Personal Care Assistance

Provides non medical personal care, housekeeper chore aide services, case management, information and referral services and supportive counseling to assist those 60 and over to remain living independently at home.
Funded under the States Expanded In Home Services For the Elderly (EISEP), this is a coordinated package of non-medical services and supports developed from an assessment to assist older adults who need help with Activities of Daily living (i.e. dressing, bathing, personal care) and instrumental Activities of Daily Living (i.e. shopping, cooking). In-home services and supports provide more than just assistance with tasks. All enrollees receive case management and, when appropriate, could also receive additional supports.
