Mission:
The Southern Adirondack Network Guide (SANG) is a trusted resource for accurate, consistent, comprehensive, and unbiased social and human service information for the Southern Adirondack region of New York State.
About:
Funded in 2016 by a Glens Falls Foundation grant and maintained by Crandall Public Library, the SANG database is part of a larger community initiative to address the information needs of those in emergency situations, those at-risk, or those trying to release themselves from poverty by matching the needs of clients with specific services and providers.
The steering committee includes representatives from the Adirondack Health Institute, Crandall Public Library, Open Door Mission, Tri-County United Way, and the Washington County Economic Opportunity Council, Inc.
